Returns and Withdrawals


In case of exercising the right of return for exchange of goods, the procedure to be followed may vary depending on the following choice:

A) you want to make a return to our Boutique.
B) you want to make an online return by sending the package.

A) The Customer is invited to the Boutique to make his return within 14 days of purchase.
B) The Customer is invited to
write an email within 14 days of purchase to describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.
Then follow the return procedure communicated by our Customer Service.

Make sure the products are in the same condition you received them, with
all tags attached.
We will only replace or refund items returned as instructed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
The return of the product must take place within 48 hours of receiving the email received from our Customer Service with the procedures to follow.
The return will be handled within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse. The outcome of the same will be communicated within the same period (acceptance with replacement of the product or refund in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made via bank transfer or Paypal refund.
The only costs for returning the product for exchanges of goods are borne by the customer. In the event of an exchange of goods, shipping of the new product to the customer is free in Italy for one time only.


To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, complete with all tags.
The sole costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer. The price paid will be refunded within 30 days of returning the goods, including delivery costs.
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied in the case of Personalized Products requested at the time of placing the Order.
